Our Greek & Cretan Cooking Experience is a wonderful way for couples, families and friends to come together, have fun and discover the flavors, traditions and warm hospitality of Crete.
Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you will put on your aprons and step into the kitchen to prepare traditional Greek and Cretan dishes, just as our grandmothers have done for generations. With music, laughter and plenty of good cheer, everyone gets involved and creates something delicious together.
Start by visiting our garden and picking fresh herbs and vegetables that will become part of your meal. Then, let the cooking begin!
Together, you will prepare some of the most beloved Cretan specialties:
Dakos – Cretan barley rusk, ripe tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil & mizithra cheese
Tzatziki – a traditional Greek yogurt, garlic & herb dip
Gemista – vegetables lovingly stuffed with rice, herbs and Mediterranean flavors
